Splish Splash

Well this is a quicky. We made it to the beach have been splishing in the beach non stop for two days now it is incredible here the weather is perfect and the company is just as great! I love it here! On our way out to DQ but i wanted to say I AM HAVING SOOOO MUCH FUN!!! Well here is the first pic of MANY to come for the trip. This is for you mom!

WE MADE IT

So it all began on Sunday! Mom brought sean up to me and we had a blast getting ready for the trip! We went to the store and got sean a BUNCH of food thank you for doing this for me sean it makes a difference I know my house is in good hands! Then we did the laundry that needed to be done. After a quick stop at Chilis for my tips from the day we headed toward home. As I packed Mom yes you guessed it she cooked! lol It was so good though! She made hot chicken salad and corn on the cob. Myriah and Jessica showed up at about 5 and we all gathered on the now very popular back pourch to eat. Riah lit the Tiki lights I added to the back yard a couple days before and we sat and talked and talked and talked. At about 9:30 mom said it was time to go and so she collected Joh and I watched her and Joh and to my sadness minnie drive away. It still makes me sad watching her leave I hope I get used to that soon. Nick got home at around 10:00 and we all settled down to talk some more on the porch at 11 we all headed toward the couch to watch a movie. By 1 in the morning I headed to bed setting the alarm for 5:10 the next morning and crashed. Well at 5 Sean came running in jumping on me to wake up. "Why are you awake already?" I asked him As he was bouncing back downstairs he responded "I haven't been asleep yet! hahaha" Oh god I thought. I will be the first to admit I am a TERRIBLE morning person so at 5 in the morning with no coffee and 4 other bouncy people in my house I am REALLLLLLY not a morning person. Sorry honey I know I was bad. by 6 we were in the car by 7 we were at the airport and by 8 we were at the gate. and the plane is Delayed! So we have three hours to wait! Finally we got on the plane and took off bounding our way toward NC. Our layover was in Chicago and that luckly was only a 2 hour layover. At 4 we boarded our second plan and by 7:30 we were here! Met at the security line by a smiling Aunt Lindz! We went back to the house and got the boys and uncle Jim and headed to a place called Buffalo's Cafe were we ate some VERY yummy food. After all that we came back to the house and settled in. Nick made his way to the Wii with Max, Jack and Ben and I got into my sweats and talked to Aunt Lindz and Uncle Jim. We called it a night by 11 and went to bed. This morning we woke up ( well I woke up) by 9 and headed to the shower by 10 Nick was awake and Aunt Lindz and I headed toward a Nail Spa place were I was treated to my very first Pedicure! We came back and went to something called Frankies it included Go-Karts, Water boat bumbers, laser tag and an arcade. (And a reallllllly funny video creator you have to see for yourself) So now we are chilling I am treating to ice cream tonight and tomorrow we head to the beach! Friday we will head to DC and i will visit Ant Lis and Uncle Glenn and meet baby Jamey! I will keep it posted! For now Later =)

Making new friends and Having a blast

Well Friday night just happened and it was a blast. in attempts to get back to a social butterfly I have been making friends with some of my Co-workers. Well driving home from work the other night I saw a big sign it read "Community night...July 18 at 7 pm Chris Daniels and the Kings" Well That was it for me i was off on friday night and mom and Dad constintly have told me how much Chris Daniels Rocks so without hesitation I went to work. I texted Myriah, Guber, Kyle, Danielle, Mark and Tyler We had to go to this it would be a blast! None of them had ever heard of it but Myriah Jumped right on it she brought along two friends, to my sadness though Danielle was in Denver with her Family, Mark and Tyler had to work and Guber had plans with his girlfriend. Kyle just never texted back. So After alot of talking i had Tyler convinced after work he would come to my place and we would have a BBQ with everyone. Well as the night weared on the concert was AMAZING! (mom you were so right I LOVE THEM!) We played Frisbee and danced and just had a blast. i texted nick at work and warned him people were coming back to the house and we were having a BBQ! So Myriah and Jessica came back to the house with me and we turned on music and had a blast. Tyler called at like 10 and he sadly forgot he had plans with anouther friend but to count him in on the next fun time. I will hold you to that! So Nick got home we ate Chicken and watermelon and it was so much fun we sat on the back porch for hours laughing and talking and when the sprinklers came on we moved inside and by 2 AM i said goodbye to myraih and jessica and headed to bed. it is so nice meeting all of these new poeple! I love you all and I am so glad to meet you all and have you in my circle of friends. Thank you to Tyler and Mark, While Nick and I are on Vacation Sean is coming to the house to house watch for us and Tyler and Mark so kindly gave up there phone numbers just in case Sean needs ANYTHING! Thank you guys you took that weight off my shoulders! You are the Best!

AH how do I live without internet!

Well As you can probably tell with the very speradic posts my new home was not finished with internet or a computer so I am here at UNC and using the library to get my fix of technology! Where do I start?!?!? Well I guess I would start with MY MOM VISTED ME!!! I was so excited at June 28th came that my mom and to my happy suprises my Kat (my best freind who I missssssss soooo much!) Came to the house and we enjoyed that! Mom waled in the house before I was back from grocery shopping greeted by nick and waiting patently to see the rest of the house. She has the pics and hopefully soon the post to tell you more. I however dont have the time to type up the whole day lol. In a nutshell the day began with a BBQ and ended with a walk and cake and sitting on the back porch just enjoying the talking time. Then After that Monday the first came where I began my first day as a Qudoba girl as well. My boss told me that he was impressed and could not believe it was my first day. That began what I call the "OMG Im tired" Schedule. For that week I woke up at 5 am to be at Qudoba at 6 am to open at 7am got off at 4 pm and was on the clock at Chilis at 5 pm to close them up at about 11 pm. (Im pooped) now I have begun the kinda boring but more sleep thing where a day off is not in my furture a couple of doubles are but for the most part it is one day chilis one day Qudoba ect so on and so on. That Wednesdat after work I went home to see mom and dad and Kat and Joh and Sean and to my suprise and happiness Joh joh came home with me for a joh joh sissy day. We had so much fun on thursday we just worked in the house went to the park and played and all that good stuff. After that we went to Bingo where joh ALMOST (by one square that came up in the screen right after someone called bingo) won. We will get them next time Bubah. After all that it was night night time but not before a bunch of fireworks went off and joh had to watch them of course! Oh Yeah and the most exciting thing was on Thursday Joh lost a tooth and Sissy got to play TF!! That was so exciting for me! Friday brought Fourth of july fun and games Joh insited on going to Dollar tree and spending the dollar tooth fairy left him so we did then we baked a cake to take home for the fourth and by three we were out the door heading back to mom and dad. By Saturday night I drug my flatlander butt home and settled into the kitchen to cook my honey dinner. Sunday I awoke to work at Qudoba and ended up doing chilis too (whew!) This week I am proud to report has been calm cleaning cooking workinig and a little fun. We bought a cat harness for the Kitten and are leash training her it is so funny you dont even know! i will have to post pics of that ASAP. It is great! We got word from Aunt Lindz yesterday that my birthday trip to NC is all planned and I AM so excited to go! 19 days and counting! Which means I have to find my way home agian soon to get my suitcase. Um for now I think you are all caught up. I have a few more things to do but then I have to go home and get ready for work. Ahhh I am really loving this college thing and that is NOT saracsam! i really really am!

Very excited!

well as my life in Evans keeps coming more and more together I am getting better and better with not missing home and not being so sad when I cant talk to mom as much as I want and now i am so excited because I have even my social and school schedule coming along. as of last Thursday I have a class schedule and I am regestered for those classes! I am taking English, math (BOOOOOOO!!!!), US histroy 2, Intro to college how to be the student you can (actually very cool class Im excited) and Intro to education (my first class toward becoming a teacher!) Then I also Have my work schedule down and now that i am settled in at Chilis it seems I will be making a third home of Qudoba! Where I just got my 2nd job! the manager was confident in saying he thinks I will be a manager within the month (making ALOT more) and that makes me very proud too. Mom and I dont know who else is FINALLY coming to the house on saturday sending me into a wirlwind of joy! I truly cant wait for her to really see the Big girl i am ! well nick and I have to go and get a mailbox today and register as Weld county voters. Within the next 8 weeks (a little less but overshooting never hurts) i will legally become Jacqueline Rose-Mary mueller and that makes me so far beyond excited and I am SO proud and pleased to soon be wearing the mueller name in everything I do! Someday NOT FOR A LLLLLLLLLOOOOOOONNNNNNGGGGG time i guess i Will give that name up too however i regret to tell you I will have remorse giving up my Mueller name and Am counting the days until i can give up the name Jacqueline Joan Twogood! well I got to run but I will try to update more often.

Its not a house...Its my home!

So It has now been almost two weeks since we moved into our house and it all is becoing alot better. I stopped being sad about not being by my mom and dad and started looking for what I could do to make this place not a house, but a home. I started with the living room, Kat and I had long since decorated it but something was not right. I unpacked more boxes and found my oil burner from Ali & Emmy and then found pictures and books and all sorts of things okay this was a start I went through and put them up made pictures lione the walls and photos were framed und went up on the blank walls by the time my first day was done the Living room and the kitchen were feeling great over the next couple of days I did the downstairs living room and the halls through the rest of the house cleaned my bathroom and created a very pretty family wall. Yesterday I woke up in a cleaning fit and set to cleaning. My pride of the day yesterday was the Guest room. I set up the bed frame and the tables then decorated the tables with a lamp and a plant , candles and a clock and then Kat and I decided that it would be seashell room. We took a bag of seashells and nicely spread them out and made it perfect the only thing we are missing is a picture of the beach which I will have to dig through and find one of Emerald Isle and It will be the perfect guest room! As I walked to the kitchen this morning I went to let Bruno out for his morning pee Nick already out and about doing Laundry. I made a cup of coffee and did the few dishes in the sink. I walked around to the couch and sat to drink my coffee the phone rang and I answered and as I was done with my morning routine I looked around had to think okay now it is not a house Its my home! Yeah I actually feel at home!

"Okay now I feel like a college student"

So today was nice it was hot and so we went to the pool but the simple favorite part of the day was the time of the "dumpster dive" We decided that we wanted pizza for dinner. Nick had saced some cupons from the paper and it was for pizza provlem was that they fell right in the middle of Kats cleaning spree so she threw them all away. Nick and I came into the house looking for them they were long gone in the bottom of a trash bag in our dumpster. Nick still determined to get the best deal on the dinner went out to go and get the trash bags he began just digging in one and then when he had no sucess he grabbed his gloves and went into the dumpster once again. I walked out to the garage to find nick standing there half the reash on the floor and cupoms for the pizza in his hand. I began laughing so hard when he looked at me and said "What is so funny?" I continued to laugh and then looked at him and said "Okay now i feel like a college Student." He looked at his hand then at me then at the floor of the garage and began laughing as well. "Yeah I guess dumpster diving for cupons is kinda college kids huh?" We went together laughing into the house. We ordered the pizza and it was good and guess what it was cheap....Ahh the life of a college kid I guess I will have to get used to the trash digging. lol

making it a home

As you all have probably read from moms blog I have offically moved out! On Sunday We went and got the truck and since they were unable to get us a 15 foot truck so we recieved a 24 foot truck. Thank goodness! there is no way that we would have ever made everything fit into a 15 footer. nick took the keys in his hand with his fear there but his confidence bigger he drove the truck with great ease. We first drove to Gary's house (he is a state trooper that gave us a lot of furniture) then we drove to kats for the last of the things donated by her family. Then to Todd and Lisa's for our new couch! Thank you so much Lise it looks SOOOO amazing I love it! Then to Pauls for the few things from him and then after alllllll of that we headed to my house for alllllllll of my stuff! There was alot of it. after it was all packed up i got Bruno and mom snapped some pictures. I gave hugs and loves to everyone and then we packed into all the cars. Mom began to tear and I began biting my lip trying not to. i gave a few more hugs and then we were off. Looking out the window I see mom in Daddys Arms crying and I lost it all. The tears stream down my eyes and I wipe them trying not to let it show. As I start to drive off I had to decide if it truly was safe for me to be driving with all the tears streaming down my face. After I was okay i went to go get Kat and after some Kat stops we were on the road. we got to the house and began to unpack which I regret to say is no where near done but I am trying so hard because I think my parents are coming to see the house this weekend and I want it to look nice! The first night was tough. After some dinner Of pork chops and Potato skins nick went to go do some laundry and I started to unpack our room. Bruno Being very un used to the heat of greeley, CO got over heated and very sick and we spent all night up with him. by this morning I got dressed to go meet my new boss at my new Chilis in loveland. Jeff was very very nice and i think I will love it there too. Although i cryed over leaving my first Chilis family and I do miss them alot i feel i can feel right at home here too soon. I then took advantage of my very cute and very mature interveiw outfit and ventured out to find a second job. I am really hoping that I get the waitress job at IHOP. Fingers crossed!!! After getting back from my interveiw I changed into some unpacking clothes and noticed bru was still very hot and after calling some groomers none would take him without a Rabis shot. So after a tearful phone call to mom I could still not find a groomer. I called Nick at work and we went to Walmart and bought clippers. i am pleased to say that although he is not very Bruno anymore he looks like a lion and he doesnt look very bad eather. He is now calm unheated and at home. now we are sitting in the living room and watching a movie. More to write soon. later,
