Moving on and being the best Jacquie possible!

So alot has happened in the last two months and most of you know everything but since the break up i have worked on being Jacquie. I have to say that this girl is the shit! I have found that like my mom I love to go dancing and so i try to go every friday or saturday night to this little bar downtown greeley and listen to the live bands and have alot of fun! my school work has improved and I am pulling strait A's right now! My GPA is a solid 4.0 for the first time in my life and everything is going according to plan. I also have to tell everyone I have started dating someone else and that someone is Paul. Yes Paul paul! He is great to me and I am to him and we are friends first and for most but we also have found there was something much deeper then friendship there. Nick is doing okay with it but in the spirt of moving on, i am moving out! it has been decided by myself that it is the best thing for both me and nick and i am so excited about it. I am looking at homes and jazzi and i are preparing and maybe even Paul. he has decided that he is moving out as well for reasons that are private but it has yet to be decided if that will be us moving in togther. to prepare everyone, it probably will be me and him living togther. I dont want to hear I am moving to fast though I am moving at my speed and so is paul. that is that...most of all I am so happy!
Moving on I am also looking into a new job. I am working on getting my substitute teaching license and doing that and also on monday i am getting pinned as a Mary-Kay consoltent. I am a GO TO girl so anyone looking for some incredible stuff let me know and we will get you all sorts of hooked up! The same goes for classes and what is called a booking but really i am gonna give you a free facial so if you are interested in any of that let me know!
Anyway I also am working on a side project for a local buissness up here and loving doing that! It is this adorable little place with YUMMMMMMY food and they just have a great enviroment and so i am doing some advertising work for it. I think it will help them out alot. But i just got back from bowling and I am actually off to a meeting with them so I will wrap this up sorry it has been so long since I have written. I have to go though and will try to keep you more updated!

interview one

Okay so not much to report but yesterday I went to AIMS at 5:30 for my half hour interview one with the people from DC. I met with Dr. Taylor, Dr. Swant and Dr. Blane. All three of them were very nice and told me that they were excited to meet me and asked me to tell them about myself. I did and they talked and we discussed what i wanted from my schooling and all that kind of stuff and that was happy. I spent a half hour talking to them and after that half hour I was cut off because that is what they believed was a good amount of time to make a first impression. So hopefully it went well and that made me smile. So i thought i would share. The picture is simply the outfit I wore to try to look all professional and teacher like!

INTERNSHIP!!!!!

So this is short sweet and to the point as I dont want to jinx it or make it more then it is before it is something! My Professor asked to talk with me after class on friday. He said he had news. He had gotten offered a one year teaching position at a university in Washington DC and was asked to bring and intern. This intern would teach the class twice a week and observe and learn three times a week. Five of us were chosen and I AM ONE OF THEM!!! i have to spend the next two months trying my best to impress a whole bunch of people and hopefully in the end I will be the one that gets to go! There is five of us as i said, I am the only girl and i know two of the other guys up for it and they are very good too! Well i will keep you updated but for now just keep your fingers crossed for me!!!

College...the best time of my life!

Well I guess I have not updated in a while but i have been so so busy! Where to start well the girls and I have been having a blast! As part of my new and better jacquie thing I am trying to loose weight so Katy me and Steph Have been working out and swimming and having so much fun! the gym is free to all students so i love to take advantage of that! the other night I got off work right in time to go to the theatures with them and see "he is just not that into you" sooooo cute anyone who is looking for a good movie Go see it! anyway we had a great night! Friday night was big fun too we hung out at the house as the girl and paul all played Clue and Life! Then I spent some fun time on my laptop talking to my new friend. Logan is in my bowling class and a very cool guy! We have been talking and having fun! I really enjoy talking to him and it is so nice how easy it comes to us. The problem we have a hard time shutting up to go to sleep. So on friday night Logan and I were up until 6 AM messaging on facebook. Saturday brought a Red lobster meeting and that came at nine AM oh yeah and then a full days work! LOL by the time i got off I was so tired but of course that was the night the girls and i decided to go see the movie. We got home by midnight and i hoped into bed and online where i met up with my friend and we taked again long into the night. It has become a nightly thing for us. Every night around 11 we hop onto FB and enjoy talking about anything and everything till about 2 usually when we both declare we are pooped and fall asleep. sunday brought more fun for the gang of girls. I had to work that morning but i got off around 3 and we all jumped into the car and headed toward Centerra to buy Katy some new clothes. Then to the park and we just had fun time after fun time.
By monday i was pooped. i got up to go to my classes and did the class thing for the next 2 hrs. then Steph and I decided to have anouther fun day. Katy had driven to Lakewood to go to the dr and would not be back until tuesday. We drove to centera and shopped we bought new ear rings and split a lunch! It was very good. Then we went to the family plex up here and went to the COOLEST pool ever!!!! by 5 we were back at the outdoors mall enjoying the amazing weather! We did have some Gelato SO GOOD then before heading to the movies we went to Macys and just for fun tryed on nice dresses. I was sad at first because macys does not believe in my size but with a little coaxing Steph had me try on a dress one size smaller then i normally wear and guess what! IT FIT!!!!! I was so very excited! We then headed to the movies where with logans help we got free tickets to see Ben Button! (Logan works at the movie theature and gets free tickets!) Thanks again to him! The very cool thing is that I found a friend who like baseball with me! He is a yankees fan so we will have to ignore that flaw lol jk jk logan im kidding!!! but we got tickets to the opening game for the season in great seats!! i am sooo excited! So anyway here we are on Tuesday and that is all i have to report. i am gonna go make something to eat and then probably watch a movie and snuggle up with my Jazzi! Who BTW went to the dr and is now 4 1/2 months old and ringing in at 40 pounds! she is getting big just the way i like it!

Dating 101

So I have to admit this whole dating thing is so weird to me after all it has been a long time since i was on the market. lol So the first thing that had to be done was to clean my room it was a mess. after much hesitation the pictures of nick and i kissing were taken down and replaced with the picture mom took of me and the boys was added to the wall. then the picture of bruno was added to the wall as well. my bed was made and i think i miight hand stitch some pretty drapes for my room. nine loads of laundry later and thanks to nick pizza, the room was done. I am thinking of many ways to add a more jacquie touch to my room. Wow my room i have not had a room of my own for i dont know somewhere around two years. weird huh. Well anyway. Sunday night was fun! i worked and then came home and Paul and i hung out and had a couple cocktails. Enough said lol. seriously no questions just alot of fun between two friends NO not that kind of fun! my team lost on the super bowl sad sad day!!!
anyway it is weird i am not used to the fact that i have to try to look cute every day. I even got up the courage to write my phone number on a bill before dropping it at a table with a lot of cute guys. Unfortunitly i lost my courage befor getting there and reprinted it writing simply "Thank you" -Jacquie lol maybe eventually that courage will come! for now one step at a time and who knows wht is going to happen i certantly do not!

Sarah's Birthday

So monday morning i woke up early and headed to the first day of school! I really enjoy my new classes and I look forward to keeping them up for the next what I guess 16 weeks! Anyway that is not what the entry is about. At 5:00 Katy and Steph came over to do my hair and it looked AMAZING!! with my new hair cut it is easy for the strait look to become well strait. Anyway We got ready and way cute and then headed to the Olive Garden to meet like 20 other people to celebrate Sarah's 20th birthday with her! It was a blast. The night was full of laughing and fun and most of all freindship! Happy Birthday Sarah i love you!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Hello all happy new year! welcome to 2009! this is the first post of the year and it is so cool to say that! Um so last night we went to our friend tabis house for a cocktail party to ring in the new year and it was so much fun! We got there at around 10:30 me dressed in my black dress and my hair done so amazingly!!! I did it to myself!!! We got there and i sat down to play pocker nick went out to the deck to play beer pong and it was so much fun just snapping pictures and having a blast! Before we knew it we all ran downstairs to watch the ball drop we yelled happy new year and went back upstairs to hang out and play some more games and it was just a great night! We headed home at like 2:30 and passed out! So yeah not really much to say but enjoy the pictures!! All of them are on my myspace so if you are one of my friends on there then check em out!!!

Paul and Jacquie...bond???

For those of you who dont know who Paul is he is one of the roomates in the house and also is Nick's best friend since fifth grade. Paul and I have really never goten along probably something to do with us both being in Nicks life. I fell in love with Nick and Paul was scared for his best friend. However today I think He and I finally declared we not only can get along great but make a pretty good friendship. So Paul and i were left chilling at the house once grandma and Grandad left and as paul poured a bowl of ceral I made the coment "We NEED to shop." The fridge was emptier then Gaundis (sp) Stomach. So after he finished his ceral we headed out. We ventured to Walmart in Minnie Moe (freshly spot cleaned I might add) and we went into Walmart our budget : what it took to fill the fridge. So we grabbed a cart and headed toward the fruits. After getting fruits and vegis we headed to the meats and got a lot of that them lunch meat and then up and down EVERY isle. I bought EVERYTHING we needed. (and some we didnt but you know what who cares) We bought everyting from Bananas to ice cream to yogurt to cottage cheese to chicken to fajita stuff (which paul made for dinner) The cart was full and we headed to the cleaning department. We bought the toliet stickers from scrubbing bubbles and carpet stain remover and draino (my thick hair clogged my tub) and then we checked out the total was....well lets say we each (all four of us) owe $68. WE DID SO GOOD!!! The best feeling was unloading it all. As we put it all away I filled the fridge as paul unloaded the rest into the appropriate cabinet. (canned food, boxed food, junk food ect...) (no mom Junk food is NOT the most full of them all) So we took a before and after picture Which I will be posting in the next blog. I have yet to download them. Well while we were shopping in the junk food isle we came across the Betty Crocker um what are they called oh uh Warm Delights that is it. Paul commented he had never had one, that was it...We had to buy some. Sadly to reward ourselves for a good job shopping noone in the house but paul and I even know the warm delights were purchesed (lol) we ate all of them. So waiting tilol we had to go and get Kat and Nick from work we settled into the couch and watched "Lake house" which is so incredible. Paul had seen it and I had not and when he found that out he sat me down and said I had to see it. With every twist and turn I asked a question he simply said you will see with a smile. When he movie was over we loaded into the truck (nick had his bike) and headed to lobster. Once we got there Paul and I relized we forgot a couple things so we all four headed back to wally world Kat and I in the bed of the truck it was so fun! We bought two new phones and picture frames and printed out some pictures. They are so old and so cute. One was of Nick and Paul in the sixth grade. So as paul destracted Nick from seeing what I was doing I made like thirty copies of this picture. it was great. (I'll post a copy of it on here with the pictures of the fridge.) So then we headed home and all settled in and then the girls came over....to be cnt

It beggining to look alot like Christmas

Yes yes I know it is only November but I dont give a hoot. Grandma and Grandad are coming tomorrow to see the house and I am so excited. So yesterday when I made $150.00 at work for a friday night!! (HELLS YEAH) I went with nick and paul out to walmart and we bought so much christmas stuff. Lights and light up trees and light up snow men and there are four of those (like how many room mates there are) and more lights and a "Santa Stop here" sign and just everything. So at midnight in the 29 degree weather (we have a thermometer attached to the side of the house so yes I know it was 29 degrees) we started hanging christmas lights. Isicles hang from the roof and colors light up the deck. Little christmas trees fill our yard glowing in all their glory and four little snowmen are chillign happily in the yard. (I will try to snap a picture tonight and post it for you all) It is incredible. At three AM we finished up and headed to the street to admire all of our work and happily we only ran into one broken connection solved by an extra extention cord. It was perfect. My first house on my first christmas on my own looks amazing. When we came inside Paul made some INCREDIBLE homemade hot chocolate and we all sat on the couch just lookign out the window. It was perfect. Thank you honey and Thank you paul. I never ever thought I would say it but Paul you are like the best roommate I could have ever asked for and thanks for that. You are becoming a great friend and I am happy to say we only "hate" each other a little and it goes away a little every day lol. Honey you are the best and i am so grateful to have you in my life. I have the best man ever to stand by my side. So Merry Christmas all and welcome to the Holiday season!

YEAH Grandma and Grandad

So I got off of work last night and oh what a night. I wanted to call mom and tell her about a table that I got a $70 tip off of. I was so excited and so I called her and told her all about it. The first thing I heard was "Were your ears burning." So I laughed and told her about my night and then was informed that Grandma and Grandad had decided that they were up to the two hour drive to Sissy's house!!! They are coming up on Sunday and are going to see the house and hopefully leave full of pride! We are going to go out to breakfast and i am so excited!!!! Really i can not wait and I looked up a recipe for lemon squares part because I want to bake for them and partly because I just really want lemon squares. LOL Nick and I were starting the Christmas decorating you know Cause we wanted to but now We are doing it because It will be great to show them everything I am so proud to say that I have accomplished in a short 6 months. Well I thought I would share I am so so excited and cant wait until sunday!!!
I will update you and tell you more about how it goes and everything. Off to History class.

New smear is upon us

So the new smear of college is upon us and I have begun to select my classes. I had a blast with my classes this smear and I have decided that college is great. My new schedule will have me going and going and going. So far I have math 030, Martial arts, bowling, and 20th century world history. I am meeting with my advisor probably on friday and we will figure out how to work in English comp 122, western civ 1 and probably German 1. that is alot but i am so excited! I really am looking forward to my martial arts and Bowling class because it is the PE classes i need and they seem like fun. Plus Ill get all skinny for the summer in martial arts! The big thing is that in all of that I have to fit in my work schedule that runs around 30 hours a week also. Who would have guessed I had it in me. Nick thinks I am slightly crazy because I am doing so much next smear and I have to agree but i think it will be fun and that is what matters. As my 1st smear nears an end I am getting grades and so far I have An A in Student expirence and a B in Englisg comp 121 and an A in US history 2 I am so excited I have good grades GO ME!!! lol =) So anyway I am gonna go I have a test in US history next period. STUDY lol I should be fine. So yeah i will write later!

well well long time ago....in a town not so far away...=)

hey all wow it has been a while a long while lol. Well I guess just start from the last time we spoke, on friday i headed home for seans speech meet and at 1 am a tired sissy crawled into bed with a sleeping mommy and after an hour of neither of us being able to shut up the two closed their eyes and fell into never never dream land. the next morning came all too quicly wheen mom and i awoke to the smll of coffee and a very very annoying alarm clock. I crawled out of bd only to find mom's lovely animals had decided it would be best if they marked thir territory all over my clothes. SO frustrated sissy went shopping in moms closet. The meet was so great and i loved judging! the kids were all so great and it ended up being so hard to pick but i did and after seeing brooke and playing a game of pony and the awards and a hg to mama barth I headed off. that is back to my mommys bed were we spent anouther night in chit chat land loving every minute of it! It was incredible to gt to do that. I loved it mom thanks for sharing ur bed with me. Sunday we slept in ys ladis and gentlmen you heard it here first Sue mueller dared to sleep till 9 o clock on a sunday morning!!! dun dun dun! she needed it though so i dared not to wake her and i slept in too. At noon we headed to mels baby shower. it was a blast we played games and ate incredible food and i presented little baby boy with a hand made blanket. YAH ME!!! So sunday ended with my daddy coming home!!! Well due to this it was back to the couch for me. I didnt mind it was great to see dad and mom and i had two nights of girly time. Monday I awoke to Sean saying opps I missed the bus and after some simple persuassion (i didnt want to wake up to take him) mom let sean ditch school and have a sissy sean day. We wnt to town and saw a really good movie and ended the night with ...um...political campaining. =) we had a blast and it was wonderful to spend a whole day with my lil bro!!! Tuesday brought anouther observation day and so off to PCHS I went and i got to spend some one on one time with my mentor mr. miller and it was so great!!! Wednesday was my last day at home and so a sad sissy set off on her two hour journey to Greeley to head home sweet home.
Thursday brought work as did friday and after work on friday me and nick and kat and paul and tabby and percilla and liz and hannah and drew and well lets just say a bunch of people from work headed over to the only place open when we all get off work on a friday night... Old Chicago. We ate some wings and played pool until like 2 in the morning and it was a blast hanging out with friend and dancing and just being in college. it was great. and at 2:30 am a very sleepy sissy curled up next to her honey and fell fast asleep in his arms. Saturday we had a freeze storm and everythiing was soooooo cold but work must go on so by 4 me and nick and kat were back in our aprons to head to work. I was starting to get the applified verson of what i thought was just something ba i ate but i went to work and was able to shak of my nausa. Sunday i woke up bright and early headed to work only to find I still felt like crap and it was getting worse. I had two tables that morning and one of them was just th sweetest. It was the grandmas 75th birthday and next week her and her husband would celebrate 50 years marriage. sothey invited to red lobster to celebrate their daughter their son in law and there two granddaughters one of which was marrid so hr hubby was there too. Whn I brought the drinks to the table i saw the grandmother sitting with a card in her hand balling, i assumed it was all th emotions of all the events being celebrated today until i saw the mom also crying her eyes out the mom turned to me and said, "I am gonna be a grandma!" and the grandma through her tears sqeezd out "Im gonna be a great grandma" I cant explain the feelings that rushed through my body but i was honored to be a part of this families life even for a moment in the memory. They ended up giviing me a peice of cake and a fourty dollar tip but the best part was the huug i got from the grandma now great grandma as she left the resturant and she whispred into my ear, "Im so happy for the fact that we had a waitress like you to share this with" It was so sweet I hugged her and went into the back were i cryed for the whole thing i think i got swept up in the moment but whatever i will never forget this family and hope to see them again soon.
Finally Monday today monday I went to class and on the way home decided for the sake of being causious I would make a dr appointment to see why i was sick. I went to the doctor where they ran tests and an ultra sound and before anyone freaks NO I AM NOT HAVING A BABY! I have better news from the doctor...I have a stomach ulsar! they put me on a specail diet and i have to be on it for two weeks if it does not get better I have to go back for medication. weeeee! Well anyway so after that i went to the store and got all the stuff i am allowed to eat for the next two weeks and then after Kat got off work WE CARVED PUMPKINNS!!! Yeah! Well tomorrow I am going in to early vote and then i dont know but whatever for now I am going to bed. So a very tired sissy is going to bed to lay next to her hony cuddle up with him and slip into dream land. Night all

Missing my Mom

So I miss you, I really do I miss you so much, you are my best friend and it kills me to hav to do all of this without you. I know you and Daddy tryed to prepare us for this growing up thing but you forgot to teach us how not to miss you this much, how to do this without you. I was in class today and I was telling my classmates about how close we are and they were all jelous. i miss you so much mom! i am counting the days until Sunday to spend a whole day doing girl things with you and jus being us.

The end of the weekend

So on Saturday Joh and I had a blast we spent the day in our jammies making carmel apples and jello jigglers and haunted cookies. It was so so great to just have a down day having a blast. When night came we settled down to the couch and Paul cooked some chicken and we played X box and had alot of fun. Sunday morning came and it was so cold out ( a whopping 34 degrees) but Joh and I had already decided rain or shine w would use our tickets to eliches and use thm we did! By 11 we were out the door camera, water, tickets and coats in hand. We got to Eliches right as the gates opened and loved it. It was quickly decided we would not stay after dark because it was scary enough in the day. We went to the new Ghost blasters ride and did some little things in Toon Town including the new Trick or Treat street in the kids area. After alot of debat he rode some of the rides that Sissy wanted to go on and aftr a big fight I got him on the swings. That ended up being his favorite ride ever We rode it like 15 times. Then ina spur of the moment bravery Joh said "Sissy lets do the white roller coaster." "Really!!!!" I asked and with a smile on both our faces we made our way to Johs first roller coaster. He loved it He was a little scared to get on and then he loved it h got off laughng and we were both disapointed to find Sissy could not buy the picture because the cameras were off. Then the rain started so we swung into Toon town one last time excited to find a show and Joh and I got to get on stage and play with the members of the cast. He threw hoola hoops over my head and we won some candy. We finally ventred back to the car and headed to Grandmas right in time for the Broncos game to let out so LOVLEY traffic on I-25 but all in all it was a great weekend I love you buddy I miss you already! next weekend I will venture up the hill to judge Seans home speech meet and go to Missas baby shower and do my last observation for my EDU class. Joh Joh time

So yesterday was a long awaited moment for me! My mom and Dad had agreed to let Joh come up to the house and spend the weekend with me! He was told if his school work got done he could come. So After class yesteerday I ventured down 85 to go gt my yo! I met mom and we headed toward AIMS for the free family movie night. Wall-e was showing and they gave out free pizza and popcorn and candy and we watched the movi it was a blast. After the movie we wnt to Red Lobster and Joh told me "Im starving Sissy!" So he got Snow Crab legs and mashed potatoes and then finished it all off with Chocloate cake. When we got back it was late but I wanted to show him the coolest new thing in my house...On Demand. He was entranced ass I showed him how he could put on and pick any Spongebob or Pokemon he wanted. He loved it. I woke up this morning to the sound of Nickolodeon (sp) on demand. He was watching spongebob. We had Chicken Nuggets for breakfast and then we did homework. The TV went off and we worked on spelling and sentences. After a little bit of a talking to because of crtain school work. He was back to happy chasing Skittlz around the house and turning on Pokemon on demand. I must say he really has gotten the hang of it. Toay weare going to just chill out and then Tomorrow we are heading to Elichs for the AIMS fundraiser. Then meeting mom at Grandma and Pops and I will have to say good by to my babe again. i will write more later about the rest of the weekend and post pics eventually.
